At RuthlessGains.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

• Health and personal care items (e.g., supplements or gear that have been used)

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
